Krazy: It just takes a lot of time to make the fit like stock. We have a ton of time into the custom dzus brackets, body work on the hood, and next is powder coating the brackets. I'd say in the 15 hour range probably. Takes time to look good...
bspz28: Procharger is sending us a bunch of brackets to test and find what works with the bigger head units. The current fbody bracket snaps over 800hp, we don't want that...

looks awesome... But you should have painted her black... Everyone knows black cars are faster. :-p LOL
Nice work guys!
Why blower over turbo? Seems like more work [brackets, making the belt not slip and so on] for less power...

WS6TransAm: Mainly because everyone's solution is always the turbo route. There is not much proven data (Besides Ronnie Duke and KP) on any fast LSx blower cars. Why not be the first blower car that can be proven into the 7's.. The F1R will get me into the top 7 area, then next year will be with a bigger cubed Warhawk (Currently 378ci, 8.8:1), and more compression for the blower. The motor was built around a turbo, but let's do our testing this year and come out strong next year...
Procharger is looking for a solution for their brackets, so why not be the test dummy, do some R&D, and have the noise of a whiny *** cog'd procharger under the hood!
