Default Is TNT still in business?

I have been trying to get them on the phone and have sent email about a ne ring I ordered for my 90mm tpis tb and they dont answer either for aover a week now. I am about to pull the system off the car and sell it and get a competitors as they are holding up my intake swap, But they took my CC number when i ordered the 90mm ring and I cant even cancil the order.
Has anyone spoken to them latley?
