Default throttle body question

i put on my new 52mm bbk and the tps will not work properly at all with it off the tb and plugged i can get a voltage reading but when connected to the tb it will literally take like a 1/4" before it grabs the tps and then it will start working. it doesnt seem to be broke and it worked on my old tb what can be the cause of this. what the hell.....

COMPLETED IT WAS A BAD TPS

Can you take pictures of the TPS side on the TB and the inside of the TPS that mounts up? Also, you can 'mod' the TPS by elongating the holes (making them ovals) and then adjust it so it grabs right away or so it has the right voltage at closed position. Also, what is the voltage you're reading for it at closed and wide open? That would help us know what exactly is going on.

i already did the oblong shape to it but it doesnt do anything

put it this way it mounts up the to the tb and never catches the tps for like a quarter inch then the tps voltage goes up

heh If you're having problems uploading them to a post, it's not your camera sucking, but rather the limit of a file size the forums have since they host the files then.

No matter though, PM away when you get them and I'll host them up for people to see if you want.
