im pissed off I just got a freakin referee ticket last nite . I was thinking is there a non smog counyt in california that i can register my car in ?

Some countys don't require a smog every 2 years, only when you sell your car. Lake county and Tuolomne are a couple that are close to the bay area. Here is a list of the countys that do require a bienniel smog-
