Put on some KYB AGX's this weekend
Well I scored some front and rears with 5,000 miles on them for $75 for all 4!
Put them on over the weekend. Install went very well, no problems with bolts and such even on assemblies with over 100,000 miles on them.
Had it on 6 and 4 for the 100 mile drive home and it was quite good. Going to bump the rear up to 5 and see if that improves the feeling of the rear lagging behind a bit when I did quick switch backs just going down the road to see how flat it felt.
Overall though they seem like they will do quite well for my street car.
Car feels solid again, is riding quieter (nice bonus) and the ride quality is quite good.
For $75 and a few hours to install them I am a happy camper. Even if I had bought them new and paid the $300ish they are I think I would feel I got my moneys worth.
Oh FYI this is one Eibach Pro Kit fronts and Stock rears. Rears are back to stock due to the weight of the turbo, stereo and battery out back. Sat too flat with the lowering springs for my taste.
