Default Some new mods.....56k, no, no, no, no

18 x 8" Verde Kaos wheels in Hyper-silver
255/45/18 Bridgestone Potenza RE760s
EBC Sport Rotors
EBC Red Stuff pads
Goodridge SS brake hoses.

As some of you might have known, I was getting tired of my 20s, so I decided to make a change. At first, I really missed my 20s, but these new wheels have grown on me fast and everytime I drive the car, I like them even more.

Jury is still out for me on them. . . . mainly because we had a pair of those style wheels on the wife's Subie and that is what I associate it with. Definitely like the looks better than those 20s though. I do like the tires though, look a hell of a lot better than the stockers.

On a side note have you had any problems with your grills ?

What kind of wheels are you getting?

And, where in WV are you? I used to live in Lewisburg.

Im getting a set of 20inch Konig Afterburners they have a lip that is close to the color of our cars and it changes colors as well

I live near Bluefield WV.

How do you like the diablosport tuner and how much of an improvement did it make?
Im thinking about getting a programmer just dont which one to get.

Great looking Impala! I never saw your car with the 20's but I like the way it looks now. Are those 18's? How are the brake upgrades working for you? I'm not satisfied with the stock brakes on my Impala and would like some better performing replacements for mine as well. Every Impala I have seen has had rock chips like no other on the front end. Have you had this problem? I went with a bra to prevent this. Not loving the looks but it's better than a new paintjob every 6 months. Again sharp car bro.

It's good, as long as you don't expect too much from it, since it looks like they're never going to include torque mgmt. What I like about it is that you get results and have the ability to tweak it to your car's performance without having to know a whole lot about programming. 06MonteSS (Lew) has helped develop a program over at DS that helps make it easier, plus he's a great guy and should be able to help you out a little. Bottom line, for the money, it's not bad, but could be better, esp. if we'd ever get torque mgmt.

Now, if you have a laptop and aren't afraid of having to learn alot about tuning, then you should definitely go with HP Tuners.

I haven't put a whole lot of miles on the brakes yet, but so far, I'm extremely happy. As far as the chips, they make a clear bra that looks like a pretty good product, but it ain't cheap.

AFAIK, the DashHawk isn't so much a programmer as much as it's a data logger. There was at least one guy on here with a GP that had one and he seemed to like it quite a bit.
