TEST YOUR TROUBLE SHOOTING SKILLS
I REALY NEED SOME HELP FROM YOU GUYS ON THIS ONE.
have a 2000 ss A4, a bout six months ago my car would blow out a puff of smoke at WOT, since all this started, I have added headers and off road Y pipe, the car is much worse now, it even smokes a little at idel, and it blows out white smoke the whole time i have it on the floor, i have now power loss, and im not burning oil, what could this be. any info or opinions would be a great help.

White smoke means that you are running lean. You can tune the car with a maft or ls1 edit to richen thing up accross the board. Have ataped the car to check the ltrims or o2 readings at wot. Your engine is breathing more, but not getting enough fuel to take advantage of your mods.

White "smoke" even at idle. As I said in one of your many threads on this subject, it sounds like a blown head gasket to me (coolant.)

drilling the tb will only effect it at idle.
if it does this at idle as well, i agree with col. if its not then could be lean, or could be burning off fluid.
My thought: READ YOUR PLUGS. They should show if its lean, burning oil/coolant etc.
