Default tune problem?

well my car has had a random misfire code in it for a while but has been running fine i took it out the other day for about a 60 mile round trip drive to the lake and on the way home it would bog down for a second or so while cruising, and when i would engage the clutch the car would almost die and boblle around for a second then go back to normal idle. so i brought it home and changed the plugs which were beyond fouled. started the car up same problem. took the car to work today and hooked up the tech 2, and found
p0102, and p0103 maf, and random misfire codes. cleared the codes and installed a new maf and p0102 come up as soon as you clear it and car doesnt run any better. any help would be great thanks.

also my o2's are in open loop at all times but has been for a year with no problems

P0102 is low voltage. Check the engine sensor fuse then verify your getting 5v to the power side of the maf.

The Fuse Was Good But My Voltmeter Battery **** Out Before I Could Test For The 5v On The Yellow Wire, If Its Correct At 5 Could I Have Got A Bad Maf Or Is There Any Other Possibilities

ok pink wire has 12v, yellow has required 5v, what else could this be, also with the old maf when you would unplug it the cars idle would barely change now it almost dies so i assume this new maf is good
