Default Thunder Racing - not happy at all

I ordered an SLP airlid for the 98-99 Camaro from Thunder Feb.9th. I send them an email Feb.14th to request a tracking number. No response..I call them up and am told that the airlid is out of stock. Fine - however why is the onus on the customer to be contacting the company when they are out of stock? Isn't that the whole point of having the customer's contact info when an order is placed?? I agree to go with the FTP lid as they have it in stock. A few days go by (responding to emails is such a tall order!) when I decide to call them up again. Now I'm told that the reducer for the maf is back ordered for 1.5 weeks.

Thunder has really let me down, I don't expect instant replies to emails but I do expect to be notified when an item is out of stock instead of just waiting for me to call. I'm calling in to cancel the order tomorrow, never again!!!
