11.49 @ 117 MPH Monte Carlo SS Cartuning Turbo Kit
A little lower et today with the Monte Carlo and Cartuning Turbo kit, still some tire spin. Track prep could have been better, not as sticky as I needed.
This was at the Michigan Grand Prix Grudge Match at Mid Michigan Motorplex today. I took two trophies home one for quickest non-Grand Prix at the event and also for best burnout. I was surprised on the burnout trophy as I was just doing my normal tire heat up, but I guess the v6 guys like the sound of a turbo v8 getting the tires warm!
These runs were at around 10.5lbs of boost, mph was in the 117 to 118mph range. 11.49 run had a 1.784 60 foot. I will still go quicker yet!
And here is some in car video of a couple runs:

Nice times! I'm a member of the MIGPC and wish I couldve gone but had to work. Congrats on the trophies and keep up the good work on getting those 11 ET's lower and lower...I need a time to match when I get my turbo and trans in a year or two or three or four...

Faster time with a lower trap, that's nice. That's also I really nice 60'. Think you'll hit 10s?
Keep up the good work, setting the bar high for the rest of us.

Nice runnin' car. You should bring that thing to Milan sometime before the weather gets too warm. I was there last Wednesday and met Chris (Ieatsrt8 intkae guy), also ran a personal best of 13.17 in my TBSS. You could run at will that evening until a wreck closed it early. Wanted to get one more run in with it cooled down, but didn't have a chance.

Hey there "Mark with a K"! Took awhile to find you but I have good investigators
Wanted to personally thank you for making it up to MGM Saturday. I'm probably the only female you talked to all day!
Congratulations on your PB's and those 2 nice trophies! It was a pleasure watching you improve with each pass. We all wished the track had better traction but, most don't like us FWD's as we drip water after we do our burn-out so the officials do nothing but mop up after us. Believe me, it's always better in the fall.
Our club has taken the cancelled M-Event date at Mid-Michigan (Stanton), October 3rd so, pass the word! I'll be posting later with specifics. We're going to have some reduced racing prices for pre-registration so keep an eye out in the National Midwest Section come August. Hope you'll join us again for a day of great racing!
Sorry to be so long winded. I am a female afterall!!
Thanks again and we hope to see more of you this fall!
