Drag wheels/radials...specs? Where?
Hey, its been a lil bit since ive been on...been so busy building and working...but im wanting to know where we can get some drag(slicks) with wheels...the ones the good ol custom tubbed out big boys use...I think the SS Impala that is using the cartunning kit has them, but not sure where he got them or what the hell they are....

No rub at all...its a a perfect close fit...it was a lil risky, but with the help of the guys at discount tire and my ideas on the same ratio as factory with the smallers in the back and bigger in the front...we figured with about 1hr or so of plugging in the computer and making phone calls and taking measurments that the absoulute largest tire width and height for clearing the whell well would be a 275/40R18 for the frt. and went 245/45R18 in the rear...it tucks up in the rear real nice...its perfect spacing...like, you can barely put your hand beteween the tire and the strut to spring plate...its exact...does wonders for the ride looks...it tucks nicely in the back...and the front it just lines up perfect with the fender up top with minimal show toward the bottom of the skirts...they hook the hell up too...very lil wheel spin..but watch the tranny!!! my tunner even said that he would bump down to a 75 shot from a 100 not due to the motor, that will take it all day long...his concern was the tranny...ill try to get some pics....give me an email..ill send them...my computer is being stupid

Damn, some pics of the 275s would be nice. My stock size 255's seem to be rubbing on the inside frame when making tight turns (read: u-turns). I'll take a pic of the rub marks on the inner fender well.
