Finally Found a Car
I've spent the last 2.5 weeks searching for an LS4 car and I finally found one today. Sorry I didn't get any pics but it's a 2006 MC SS with 29800 miles . It's red with black interior. The only downside is that it doesn't have the Bose stereo. Anyway, they're getting the paperwork lined up tomorrow and we're picking it up Monday sometime. This is going to be a very long weekend....

Apparently our prices are different down here. All the Impala SS's I've seen advertised locally are 2006 and 2007 with 50k+ for $16,000...so an 06 with <30k for $18 seems like an ok price.

I think the price of the monte depends on the color. Around here (St.Louis), I have seen montes go for $15,000-$16,000 with just a few thousand miles; these cars tend to be silver or black. Everyone once in a while I will find a red or a red/silver monte and their prices seems to be around $18,000-$19,000, even if they have 20-30,000 miles on them.

good luck with your purchase, straight out the car you are purchasing is about $2,000 or so overpriced in the average dealer retail market. car prices are reletively cheap here in the forum world where one gets a better deal that the previous post. In reality, every deal is different, there are trade in and interest rate variables that people fail to mention. i have yet to see someone post a sale invoice of the great deal they got.
