Lol I let off towards the end but I will agree it wasn't a steady Pull. But the very last time we ran I pulled a car or so and I kept pulling a little. So she says lol. Remember in the vid above I didn't have the intake or tuner yet. I really wish I could have got our most current last race on film we both took off at the same time but those 410s still went to work that and having 2 more mods lol

bro 2vs arnt that slow if you know how to drive them, this last time i raced her it was from 35-40 roll i was at the top of second, 410s really really wake up the stangs, and i have a sct tuner buts its just a bs email tune...when i get nittos ill be doing low 1st gear rolls or digs (right now 1st is useless on the stock tires, which are pretty bald lol)

Because there are so many cheap mods for Mustangs, a lot of guys just throw **** on without thinking about their combo, and the cars often don't perform as well as you'd think.

Actually, 2Vs are slow unless they've got gears, full bolt-ons, and/or a power-adder. Back when I owned LS1 Camaros, I abused several modded Mustangs on the street and at the track, some of them blown. And that was just with free mods, a lid, and a Magnaflow. The only ones that ever beat me had their combos dialed in, which many 'stang owners don't bother to do (not saying you're one of THEM!).
Because there are so many cheap mods for Mustangs, a lot of guys just throw **** on without thinking about their combo, and the cars often don't perform as well as you'd think.

Agreed. Full bolt on cars aren't a problem for me from a dig. The strongest ones, with the closest races have been 4.10 and higher cars. 4v cars love gear as well, but can get by with 3.73s because of the higher power output lol. Just don't catch a Cobra from a 3rd or 4th gear roll. :shudder:

I don't have a video of it, but I rolled up on a 2001 Cobra (N/A 4v M6), tag said "RLYFAST", 60 roll, put a car and a half on her. I shrugged my shoulders with my hands up like "What happened? A Monte Carlo? Really?" She flipped me the bird and fell back. lmao

lol all i know is that i would love to run you if you where local....what year was that stang in the video, because it looked like a older body style pre new edge design, if so the gt version of that year only had 215 hp and the cobra made 305. all rated at the crank of course, but sadly enough 90% of mustang drivers cant drive worth a damn lol, i do believe i have the driver mod...the vid i posted on here earlier in the thread was an example, but 2vs compared to any lsX is garbage we all know this...but hey at least the new 2011 kicks but!

I agree with u there, worst vid ever. he deff jumped u, and u werent in 1st gear were u should have been from that mph roll. ur gxp and my regal need to be in 1st gear from 35 and under. our gearing isnt the best in the world. lol

also this is a good comparison to show you how well 410s really help. The car/mustang in the middle lane is me mods at the time where 410s, xpipe, cat back, short throw, camera car is a mustang gt 2v with intake,tb,plenum,diablo tuner,exhaust,pullys, and stock gears, he is also a hard top....we went from 30-35 i was in 2nd gear and he was in
