thanks fellas. I used VersaHem clear silicone gasket maker to seal them. seems to work well, although I ran through the car wash the other day and I had a little condensation in the passenger side light. i think i need to reapply some more to the outside seam.

Mine are just fine. not sure what would have caused yours to do that. maybe something you used to clean everything up before you put them back together? mine just has a small leak somewhere, all the moisture was gone in two days. that sucks tho.

Not a big fan of the skulls but the headlights do look badass. Makes me want to do it myself lol. Love the look without the front license plate, wish I could pull that off in NY without getting harassed by the cops

thanks for the feedback. blakss, they weren't too bad. i used a hair dryer and dental picks/small screw drivers to separate them and then peeled all of the black sealant off of them. took everything apart, sanded and primed the housing, drew and cutout the skull stencils, painted the housings metallic silver, put the stencils on, painted them black, let them dry and removed the stencils, did some touch up and details with a small paintbrush and then clear coated them.
got the halos and ballasts from aac and the fluorescent tubes were thicker than the ones that came with the headlights so i had to modify the clear covers with a dremel. then i wired and tested everything before i put them back together. overall, they were time consuming but not difficult.
