LS4 Intake to LS2 Throttle Body?
Is it possible to adapt an LS2 TB to work with a LS4 Intake Manifold? I know we can convert an LS2 TB to work with a LS6/LS1 swap but can we do it for our stock LS4 Intake? I'm wondering because I may have permanently damaged my LS4 TB and I really don't want to replace it with stock if I don't have to since I intend on going with an LS6 Intake soon.

I know I won't see any performance gains using my stock manifold I just figured if my LS4 TB is bad maybe I can get an LS2 TB now and use that for now so I have it for when I get my LS6 Intake. I've also read the sticky about the 3 bolt to 4 bolt pattern and the re-pinning for the LS2 TB to work for our cars. My plan is to get the LS2 TB, re-pin it to work for my GXP and just use my LS4 Intake until I get my LS6 Intake and plate adapter. Will the LS2 TB bolt up to the LS4 Intake at all? Or is it impossible to do this without having a LS1/LS6 Intake swap done first?

The bolt patterns are different. Here is a general drawing of the bolt pattern differences for an adapter plate. I was thinking about starting with the LS4 TB on the LS2 intake to get it started/tuned, but ended up just using the LS2 TB from the start.
For your adapter plate you could center everything. I had to offset it to the side for the LS4 TB harness connector interference to the LS2 intake flange.
