Default coilovers or lowering springs?

I have a 07 gxp. It is a daily driver and looking to lower it. What is a better ride? I'm thinking canuck springs. I would replace the struts with new or rebuilt bilsteins. Or should I just convert over to coilovers. Who builds coilovers?

Coilovers are great especially if you really want the ability to have differnt spring rates I built mine a couple years ago and love them
