Default 4.56 gear, 325/50, stock ecm will it make it?

I got 4.11 gears now, I go through the traps with the 325/50 at 6600. Will it take a 4.56 gear with the factory ecm and 4L60E?

"Your New Gear Ratio computed from your Current RPM of 6600 rpm and Wanted RPM of 7200 and Current Gear Ratio of 4.11 is 4.48"

4.30's will give you room for converter slip
