Tranny mount
I get a clunk from the front (?? sounds like the front) area of the car everytime i shift hard or put it in gear in first, i'm assuming tranny mount. So i went underneath and checked it out and the tranny mount looks ok to me, not torn or anything. the rubber is hard though. What do i look for?

They are on the right and left sides of the engine under alot of crap, but since you have headers they shouldn't be too hard to get too. The drivers side is mounted behind the power steering rack and the passengers side is in front of the starter.

So is this most likely the tranny mount or the engine mounts? or should i just replace all of them? Recommend stock tranny mount or polyurethane?

i wanted to stay with the stock mount but i broke 4 in one month on an all stock motor, so i went ahead and got the poly mount. its a little rougher ride but it wont break. i have had it on for over a year now. and i got the poly motor mounts for x mas so they will be going on soon
