Default need advice on which spark plugs to use

my car is a 95 z28,it is bored 30 over with comp cam 499 lift i think with hi crane roller rocker lifters.6 inch rods, and moroso cold air induction. i need to know which spark plugs to use and the number on the plugs i need to ask for,i dont know if these things done to the engine means any difference in the plugs and the numbers.please give advice.thanks

i used the E3 plugs and it picked me up a 10th in the 1/4 and the plugs i pulled out of it were still in good shape

ok i will go with the tr55,im a newbie to the lt1,so whats the +2 or whats the plug.a colder plug or hotter one.

+2 means he gives them 2 votes or 2 attaboys. (He agrees).
The TR55 is a standard heat range plug for the LT1. Most prefer the NGKs as a better, more reliable piece than other brands.
With your mods I see no reason to change the heat range, so the TR-55 should be a good choice. They also come in several flavors: standard, platinum, iridium. Stick with standard, you'll do fine and save some coin.
