Default shed a few pounds on the T/A

trying to offset the weight of a 6point rollbar that i am going to have to install. so i spent 10 hours today on her. was a good start for sure. theres a bunch more to do,but that will have to wait till next sunday. not looking to gut her, just trying to keep her around 3500 with me in it.

check it out here....

Is the interior going back in? Interested in seeing where and how you take out the weight. Im looking to lose a couple pounds over the winter too, looking for 100lbs.

the plate didn't look real good bare, was an old piece i had laying around. the back of it looked really chalky, so i thought it was better to rattle can it.

yes the plastic panels are going back in. the interior is in such clean shape that it would be ashame to not put it back in. goning to remove the carpet and tear all the jute off of it. and remove any sound deadner under it. here's a list of what the stuff weighs...

left all the metal attachments, if thats what you mean. did pull all the speakers, eq and speaker wires. didn't really cut anything out/off. just removed a few things to offset the 6point rollbar and some of my fatass...

yes thats the complete heater/ac box. comes out in one big hunk. and is in the city dump by now. leaves alot of room under the dash to mount and wire your gauges and things.

Also did you happen to weigh the entire HVAC system, compressor, lines, radiator, firewall box and ducts?

edit...nevermind, missed the above post, unless anyone else knows?
