Default 13.7 with this near stock car?

I have a 94 camaro z28 160,000 miles a4 with stock stall and 3.23 gears. So far it has german castrol 0w-30 synthetic oil and complete tune up with all acdelco, ngk, msd parts. For performance mods it has air foil, elbow, moroso cai, magnaflow mandrel bent y-pipe and high flow cat and catback. With drag radials could it run a 13.7?

I ran 13.5's- to 13.7's when i had a cold air intake, no cat, and hooker catback... I thinks like said if the motor is healthy it should be no problem. My car only had about 35k on it at that time but as long as you got a good tune up and its running healthy you should have no problem!

My car went 13.32 with a catback and DRs, so yes that is very possible if not alittle slow for the mods,Then again I have a M6. How was traction 60ft times?

Well I meant from the OP. He wants to know if his car can run a 13.7...why the specific time? Unless there is a car in the region running a 13.7 that wants to race him...
