LT1 Opti question... I apologize if this has been covered a million times, but I guess I am retarded when it comes to searching...
Will an Opti from a 97 SS Camaro LT1 have any issues in a 93 Z28 LT1?
I know in 97 they were vented and in 93 they werent...trying to help a friend. would that work, and is it acually beneficial?

Optis on 95 or later models won't work on 93's & 94's without some major modifications. The drive mechanism is different.
