Default valve spring switching

will ls1 valve springs work on the lt1 engine?????

They will with the same hardware 918's use.

One thing to note is that LS1 valves are lighter than LT1 valves.

stock springs are only good for stock cams and usually just barely. I wouldn't run anything bigger than a hotcam with 1:5 rockers on those springs SO as long as you want to change them use a good spring and run any cam you want.

BTW here are the ls1 cam specs.
`98-`00... 198/209 .500/.500 on a 119.5 LSA
`01-`04... 196/207 .467/.479 on a 116 LSA
