Default Whistling sound help

My car is making a whistling sound after the rebuild that i cannot trace it keeps overheating and letting air into my cooling system cuz i constantly have to bleed it. i thought it was the steam pipe not sealing but its sealed and not leaking im lost.

overflow hose? head gaskets not seal?

no pulled and redid heads they are deff sealed the overflow hose is hooked up correctly seen what happens when thats wrong and it is doing its job but im lost

Did you install the waterpump drive? Just make sure you did.

Bleed the system for air, make sure your fans are working. Check your oil condition.

Try to find any leaks.
