Default LT1 header bolts

Can anyone tell me what thread size LT1 header bolts are? Are they standard SBC 3/8 thread, or metric? Or if you happen to have an ARP part number, that would work as well. Thanks.

They are 3/8" diameter... just buy a set for any small block Chevy.

Personally I like the small 12 point 5/16" headed ones. You can use a 1/4" drive ratchet or 5/16" wrench on them. makes it very easy to install.

ARP makes them in stainless as well.

They are 3/8-16 bolts. I like the longer 1" bolts. I have 1" stainless ARP bolts with the 5/16 12 pt head, and they are much easier to install than a 3/8 head.

Thanks guys. They're for a customers Turbo build! It's actually for a set of stock manifolds, but I don't think the flange is any thicker than a standard header flange.
