head question

my heads are 561 are these good if not will they be ok for a 306 also are they the heads that came on my motor. 1995 m6 bird

The head casting doesn't matter in as-cast form. It's only when they are ported where the 643s or 374s are desired.

The 561s came on late 96s and 97s. They flow only slightly better than the 643s and 374s, but cannot be ported to the extent of the latter.
