Default Built a New Cut-out

After having both a QTP and a DMH cutout. And after having both there motors fall off on me. I decided to formulate my own.

I used the QTP butterfly flap and found my own gear box, and just put the two together. A QTP cutout is 5 seconds fully open, fully closed. a DMH is about 3 seconds fully open, fully closed. You can count how fast mine is in the video

Difference in shafts.

Coupler.

Adapter plate.

I know how much everyone loves little stuff like this. Myself included! i noticed i didnt take a picture with it completed im going to try to install it thursday. ill post more pics then

Hahaha. I wasnt even thinking about that. Besides thats against the forum rules. Which i dont want to go against and get banned for I put bearing mount on all of the bolts, so nothing should loosen up! both electric motors fell off my cutouts so im hoping that doesnt happen here too!

Thanks for all the replys guys! i cant wait for tomorrow to mount it up

The motor my brother got for me, idk where tho. But i could get more. The way the gear drive is wont allow for the butterfly valve to open. Its just a worm gear to a round gear. I shouldnt have to worry about it opening up on me while im driving. IDC tho i just wanna see it work
