I know this wouldn't be a new break through or anything, but is it possible to use the crab cap style dist with a modified intake? I believe they have a cam sensor in them. Maybe its the low and high res they can't do?

In that case would it be possible to run a 98-99 sbc computer, repin the harness to accept the crank sensor and wire in the dist. cam sensor?

And it may be a dumb question, but id never know if I didnt ask.
