my 93 firebird lt1 with an automatic 4l60 has been having these problems ever since i bought the car. 1. my car usually reeks like gas and if i put the gas nozzle at half blast it doesnt vent and comes up and spews out. i also checked the fuel pressure and its low, like 33psi idle. 2. when i put my car in drive, when i start going it starts out fine and usually gets to second then the rpms just drop and the car shutters until i hit the gas full throttle, then it kind of peps up and goes but then if i let off it does it again. please help, i need this puppy at atleast stock specs ASAP

Pull the vacum line off of the fuel pres reg on the rear of the intake, near the EGR solenois. If it leaks gas, the reg is bad....
