Default LT1 coil plug '95

Basically when I was reconnecting the coil after dropping in a new motor the wiring broke right behind the base of the connector not enough to solder. No big deal but when looking around for a new pig tail they all have 2 wires out the back where as my only had one? All the sites say its the right pig tail but the picture is slightly different. Help?

This piece.

Replacement pigtails are often universal or fit more than one model of car. So, there may be more wires than you need on your particular application. Unpin or secure the wire not needed.

That would fall under the term "secure", yes. Personally, I would unpin it, so there is no chance of anything ever contacting anything else.

How could I unpin it? Can't really take this plug apart like you can others.

There is usually a catch that you can release on the pin in the connector and pull the pin and wire out. You'll just have to look at it to see what is required.
