Whats the highest fuel pressure anybody ahs run with a set of EV1 bosch style injectors??? It seems as though if you go over 70 or so they have trouble opening and closing. I'm talking about a high impedance 14.4Ohm injector not a low impedance saturated circuit injector.....

They will reach a point where they fail to open, first at smaller pulsewidths and then completely. It is based on the pressure differential from one side of the pintle to the other (not an important distinction for n/a or nitrous but very important for forced induction).

Sounds like you need bigger injectors.

What fuel pump? Watching fuel pressure while tuning?

shouldn't need that much injector, not even close. 48# at 60psi are good for 725+hp. You have your fuel system flowed? Get rid of those 90* npt fittings and put real hose ends on everything.

A1000..........the pressure stays perfectly steady its not a fuel system problem.......

i backed them down to 50psi and it ran out of injector I'll send you the data log if you want and you can see it your self lol............48's are good for around 580hp at 43.5 PSI....depending on bsfc of course

the fuel filters are clean and i did switch the fittings on the back of the rail to the mandrel bent 90* hose end fittings a while back to make it fit better........so thats not the issue.........i'm going to a low impedance injector also, id rather run them now that the XFI is in the car
