Default I need a roller

I'm having a hard time finding an f-body roller in decent condition. I don't want to pay a crap ton of money for it, maybe up to $2500, but I don't even want to spend that. The problem is, I really don't even know where to look for them. I've tried ebay, and classifieds on forums. Seems like no one posts up their rollers or blown engine cars. Any help on ideas to find one would be awesome.

you can buy a v6 car for less than 2500, did you look there? Clean rollers are hard to find, where are you located?

There's a guy on Northeast F Body with a 95 Z28 that was talking about possibly stripping the drivetrain and selling it as a roller. It has fresh custom paint, black with orange flames. Link is in my sig and he's bottledbird68 on there.

Yeah, I saw that one. I'm about 30 mins out of Chicago. Personally, I don't want a v6, but if I have to I will. Its just less of a hassle.

Actually it was different. I didn't notice the year. 1500 for that year isn't bad, they'd probably take $1350 too

O___o is that T-tops?

Sadly I just paid my bills, I guess that's more important. I'm drooling, I hope no one jumps on it.

I wouldn't drop an LT1 in a V6 car unless you have a Z28/TA donor.
Also, it would probably be cheaper if you bought a whole car with major drivetrain issues. I picked up this V6 auto Firebird with a knock for $600. 2 sets of wheels and 2 stereos.

Know of a 95 formula...originally an LT1/A4 car. Caged with full tubular suspension and a 9" Guys asking $3500. Just about everything is out of it, was a project that went nowhere.
