Question are my gears correct?

94 LT z28 A4, my car is supposed to have 3:23 gears. At 70mph im at 2300 RPMs this seems a little high? Is this normal ?

As long as you have stock sized tires, it should be normal.

Stock 3.23 gears came in my car, in overdrive fully locked up i was turning 1850 at 60 mph. Now i have 3.23 at 60 i turn 2100. Pull the rear cover and count some teeth and find out. Only way u are going to now for sure.

If you have the same gears, what changed that made the rpm's go up?

get a friend and mark the rear tire on the outside and have some one under the car to look at the yoke. spin the tire a full 360 and have the person under the car count the revalution of the yoke so the yoke should spin 3.23 times to the one tire revalution....and that 3.23:1. and tires will

I have 275,35,18 on ask the way around, but as far as you're height idk of there's any difference. Thanks for you're help

On way to work im at 2100 RPMs at 60mph. So if I knew what fad2blk93 changed his gears to...

Seems close to what my 3.23's were at 70mph. Is your tach accurate? I know some of them read 100-200rpms higher.

I'm sorry for the typo I meant that I changed to 3.73. So i guess u have 3.73 sorry for the confussion. The tire size i am running is 285/35/19 2005 vette wheels if that helps.
