People buy just shell's for 500-800. Seems good if I could get it even lower. I know I could get a car with the motor for that if I wait long enough but this car looks clean. Only thing I can think of is I have no way of seeing or testing it's drive-ability, handling, the rear ect ect... Just would have to hope.

looks to have nice interior.. didnt see many with the red inserts.. may be a decent one to have... id offer him 1k... he will probably counter with 12oo... Id buy it for that...you can get a low mileage lt1 for like a grand or so...

Its probably suspended in the front with piece of metal across it.

Asking too much for a car with no engine.

That's too much for an A4 Z28 roller. For that price you could find an LT1 car with the engine still in it. Of course, there would be a mechanical issue like a blown head gasket but that's nothing in comparison to buying and installing a new motor. I'd pay no more than $800.

Plus, it has probably been repainted (or maybe a new front bumper).

yeah. I was thinking 1K tops. I really wasn't on the idea of buying an engine, building it out of the car then dropping it in, then hoping all runs well. Just a thought though.

nice car, was probably in a wreck though. if you need a donor for a project, that could be it.
