ok so what would make my car to jump up to 1000rpm all i did was take the intake off to fix the oild leak from the back end gaskit and whats the name of the gaskit that go's under the black plat on the tb and were could i get one

Are you saying you are running the car without a gasket between the TB and intake? That right there would be a huge vacuum leak and would raise the idle substantially. It's called a throttle body gasket...

Or are you talking about the gasket on top of the throttle body for the top plate? I'm pretty sure if you search for the throttle body gasket they come in sets.
Check for vacuum leaks everywhere. Are you sure you reconnected all the hoses on the intake and throttle body? One missing hose will cause a serious leak.

You can also listen for the leak, and spray around everything with brake cleaner. If you hear the idle change from spraying a certain spot, you know that spot is leaking.
