Default Car won't start

I can't figure out whats going on with my car. At first it wouldn't even crank. Now sometimes it cranks and fires, but dies immediately after. There is no SES light, no security light, and it has power. Also the factory volt meter doesn't read with the ignition on. And on the highway it cut out a couple times like the car just lost all power for a brief moment then continued on like nothing happened. I tried unplugging the usual sensors but that had no effect on it.

Looking at the video and the other stuff I don't think the car is getting any power with the ignition in the on position.

Video of my trying to start it

ok I think you need to take off the ICM & have it tested While your at it test the 2 lil *** wires that come off the keyswitch Use a multimeter set on the beep to check continuity If it doesnt beep its bad Should be orange/yellow wires & connectors If its bad measure the resistance in the chip of your key Then go to radioshake & get the resistor that matches & solder it in on the dash side of those wires & thats how you bypass a part that breaks all the time lol Ive replaced keyswitches & they end up breaking again So just bypass the lil ******* lol

You think the ignition switch could be at fault?

I was just going to suggest this. They can do strange things when they go bad.

I'm not seeing how the ICM would stop the car from even cranking or not letting the car have power with the key in the on position.

Buck up, camper! At least it's not removing/installing heads in a parking lot.
