It doesn't move at all?
Use what ever has been in the engine or an old fashion conventional oil.

It'll move when i let out on the clutch from a dead stop and the rpms drop... like if its about to stall and the rpms drop to around 500 then itll move but as soon as i rev it it'll go back up and stay there... After it warms up at idle it'll drop down to about 75ish but still way close to 80... The guy i bought the car from said he used Castrol 10w 40 with a quart of Lucas... Do you think the 10w 40 and that Lucas is too thick? i've been wanting to switch it to 10w 30...

Is there anything done to the car, i.e. high volume pump, high volume spring in the pump? Check the actual pressure with a manual pressure gauge to confirm that it isn't the sending unit or an electrical problem.

Nothing to my knowledge has been done... The guy did tell me that the guy he bought the car from replaced the 93 z28 lt1 motor with a 95 corvette lt1... which i know is the same motor... I even looked up an oil filter for a 93 z28 and a 95 corvette and they are different... the filter looks like the one for a 93 z28.. PLUS the motor doesnt have a MAF...

93's didnt have MAF's, they were speed density cars and had quite a few quirks. I agree you need to check it with a manual gauge.

just like everyone else mentioned, put a manual gauge on it and check. Any time a oil pressure gauge isnt reading right is an alarm and should be troubleshot immediately. No matter if it reads high or low.
