I bought a converter from them for my Mustang. Can't argue with the results and it has held up for about three years. I would recommend them. Not to mention, the delivery and process was pretty hassle free.

I should mention that I finally got mine in with my new trans. Car went 13.13 with a DA near 3800'. Puts it down around 12.5's (down from a 13.15 last year) with only the trans and converter change. Hopefully I'll get some better weather and can actually get a slip with a 12.xx on it. Either way I'm not complaining with the results.

Would a stage 3 3600 stall be safe for a full bolt on/cam LT1? Or would that be surpassing the safe horsepower limit? (about 340-360rwhp)

You should be fine with a stage 3. Just don't go spraying too much. Like 100 shot max, as not only will it balloon a little, the lock up clutch can only handle so much. But with where you're at I'd feel safe with a stage 3. That's all I put in mine. Same stall speed too.

Ahh okay. I was thinking about getting an anti ballooning plate as a 75-100 shot is still in tje back of my mind

Couldn't hurt. I didn't but if I spray it, it's only going to be 100 shot and its not going to happen every day.

Don't bring the converter up to the two step if you don't need to be there. I try to get it under a second and never over 3. If you can afford to upgrade the converter then do it. It's well worth your time to get something that will last. As for the 100 shot I wouldn't worry about building the car around it, you won't be using it all the time.
