Long tubes and Autocross
I know this is not politically correct for this part of the forum but I can seem to get an answer from the road racing area.
I am doing autocross this summer but I also do drag racing and I would like some more power/sound on the street.
So I have been planning to get headers for quite some time and I think I am ready to buy some but I am not sure if I can stay in the same class for autocross. Currently I am in STU (Canada uses SCCA rules to).
I have read the rule on it but I am wondering if its even possible to keep a Cat within 6" of the outlet of the factory cat or does anyone know if they allow you to run two cats. I know you have to run a cat if your car came with one from the factory.
If I cant I might just bump myself to Street Prepared class, I dont think I've going to be competitive in either anyway lol
any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
