Is it a good buy?: 1995 Camaro Z28 w/ 194k
I have the chance to buy a 95 z28 w/ 194k auto and it will have to be my DD. Would it be safe to buy it and expect it to be fine for at least another 6k and not break down and take me to and from work everyday until I have enough money for a backup or swap or Should I find something that has less miles and not as perfect of a car Crown ick/3rd gen/Foxbody/Honda? My budget is like 1500$ right now because of the position I'm in. The guy just did rear brakes, thermostat ,trans pan and gasket and has been using it as a daily. Its pretty clean for the mileage.

Not enough info. A make/model/year doesn't make any car over 19 years old any more reliable than the next. For what it's worth, I bought my car for $800 and had it up and daily drivable for under $1200 (including purchase). So this really depends on the condition of the car and your abilities/tools.

If that sucker runs and drives good without overheating or sputtering ****** it up if it's under your $1500 budget. Nothing in life is guaranteed, and I certainly can't tell you either way through text on an internet forum from who knows how far away without ever seeing the car.
But, I can say this much. A 50 footer running driving LT1 for $1500 is a deal all day long in my book. I am also mechanically inclined and have enough tools and experience to tackle most any job.
In case you were wondering what a "50 footer" is, it is a car that looks good from 50 feet away. But gets worse the closer you get.

Use good judgment when you inspect it and expect to spend money on repairs despite your budget. Just the way it goes with 20 year old used cars.

Ran and drove fine, I guess it needs high-beams,a back driver side rotor, driver door "skin" is peeling a bit. Pretty nice otherwise, the oil hasn't been changed in at least 6 months, the "service engine soon" light comes on in these when they're a little low on oil right? 5 mins into the test drive it came on and they said they knew it was a little low on oil. Drove and tracked straight and braked straight.
Sounded a little weird but lt1s always sound kinda choppy to me I guess until about 2k.
The engine had almost zero blow by either, was quite impressed by that.

Could it mean its overdue for an oil change and no one reset it? The car was completely rebuilt as in put together a few months ago not actually "rebuilt" so I doubt I'd see any gunk in there.

the miles on that car are not bad as long as it was taken care of. I have had the lt1 motors with 245,000-300,000 miles and still run great. these cars have a low oil sensor on side of the oil pan. It may not be pluged in or wires could be cut or when he replaced the pan gasket he broke the sensor on the inside of the pan. Alot of people brake them when taking off the oil pan. (i have 33 camaro and trans ams that i part out1993-2002,let me know if you need anything.)
