Default ls7 lifters(again)

I know this question has been beat to death over the years but are the ls7 lifters a TRUE replacement for the stock lt1 lifters in my 92 corvette? I dont wanna replace the pushrods

Well the original AC delco lifter #05234890 (boxed as HL112) is 31 bucks each at rock auto. That is if u only want original stuff. That would be 500 bucks a set. I have read here that u will get the LS7 lifter in the HL112 box for LT1 lifters as they have the same desination also but part number 12499225 and only $135 set of 16.

My guess is if u insist on the LT1 lifter #05234890 your going to pay the $500 and get ripped off with LS7 lifters in a HL112 box.

I have heard good reports on these

supposedly they are original Delphi lifters.

reading some other "lifter" threads, some builders have experienced negative results with the "LS7" lifters (bad rollers out of the box and taking a long time to

just passing on what I have read, no direct experience with LS7 or skip white lifters

Back when I worked for Harley we put ls7s in the bikes and we had more lifter failures than I knew what to do with. From what I could tell the old ls7s we used that were made in USA worked great and, the new ones made in Mexico we had nothing but problem.
