Default semi-adjustable TB/IAC hole

step 1: buy a 1/4-32 tap and some carb jets (about $20 shipped from amazon)
step 2: drill open the hole in the TB with with 7/32 drill then tap it.
step 3: deburr/clean out chips and insert jet of your choice.

This way you can swap in a new jet with the TB on the car as long as you're careful and don't drop it into the IAC passage in front of the hole.

I did this because my 52mm TB had dropped my IAC counts down to the 10-15 range. My mild head/cam build did not need the excess air the larger bore was flowing at idle. and no it wasn't open too much.

Hoping someone will find this useful.

Glad to know that actually works because I had the same thought the other day while a friend was drilling his TB.

That's actually a great idea for someone who has over drilled the IAC hole .
