Default Left bank lean (closed loop)

Left bank is lean averaging 15.8 A/F while right bank is good averaging 14.7 A/F according to the same WBO2. I thought the PCM would force 14.7 A/F via corrections.

Why does my left bank appear lean?

Thanks

Could be a clogged fuel filter.. I ran bank 1 lean and pulled fuel filter to find a bunch of line debri. For $8 it's worth it IMO..

I would swap o2 sensors and see if the problem switches sides

if swapping O2's doesn't change anything, try also swapping injectors side to side.

Exhaust leak on one side? Vacuum leak on that side?

Like above, could be fuel filter, injectors, air getting into the system on that side, O2 sensor going whacky.

Monitor short term fuel trims and long term fuel trims and what they are doing. Can also monitor O2 voltage and see how the graph looks to see if the O2 is acting correctly.
