PAC 1212X valve springs with Comp 503 cam?
I bought a set of Pac 1212X valve springs to go with a LT4 Hotcam. But I have decided to go with the Comp 503 cam. Will these valve springs be ok? I will be running 1.6 roller rocker arms. The 503's lift with 1.6 rockers is 536/544.
Here are the PAC 1212X specs.
PAC 1212X Big end 1.355 OD 0.91 ID125 @ 1.750 315 @ 1.250 Spring Rate 380 Max Coil Bind 1.180 Max Lift 0.550.
They drop right in and use stock retainers and locks. Just concerned with the .550 max lift on the spring and the .544 lift on the cam.

i think its cutting it close. id look at getting better springs just to be safe. crack one spring and drop a valve and the motor is just about toast. valve train is nothing to cheap out on
