Default Any problems with Throttle Body Bypass?

Are there any problems with the Throttle Body Bypass mod? What advantages and disadvantages are there with this mod?

no disadvantages. Just do it and you'll get a cooler (thus denser) intake charge.

I didn't notice any change in mileage. Advantage is that you'll pick up a few horsepower.

I haven't noticed any FM change with mine. The mod only takes 20 minutes and about $5 so i would just do it to gain the extra couple horses

Default im confused on it

I mean .. really it shouldnt really effect mileage much at all except to make it better since really its just a extended Cold Air Intake. Is there some kind of pump for the radiator that needs to work harder to get this task completed with the new path setup or somthing.. then that would decrease milage... andpower... so I rest now more confused than ever on this topic.

The only thing that I have heard to worry about is if you drive the car in the winter or colder weather. So id you live in warm weather there is no real reason not to do this mod.
