Any problems with Throttle Body Bypass?

i have an electric water pump and it makes it hard to get to, any sugestions on how to do the mod without having to take off the TB or water pump. oh and i dont exactly understand wut to do anyways like ive read up on it but i just need to see one soo i can get a better idea

Verdad Gallardo im confused on it I mean .. really it shouldnt really effect mileage much at all except to make it better since really its just a extended Cold Air Intake. Is there some kind of pump for the radiator that needs to work harder to get this task completed with the new path setup or somthing.. then that would decrease milage... andpower... so I rest now more confused than ever on this topic.
The only thing that I have heard to worry about is if you drive the car in the winter or colder weather. So id you live in warm weather there is no real reason not to do this mod.
