Ford 4.6 engine fuel injectors in lt1??? I found some good fuel injectors but they are for a ford 4.6 engine....can they work with my lt1 car??

what year? I ask because if theyre 03/4 cobra injectors they wont fit without an adapter. other than that all the 2v and 4v injectors should fit.
