swap or buy? hey everyone..im a newbie with a question...i own a 95 V6 Camaro and its time for a V8...should i look for a Z28 or SS, or should i yank the drivetrain out of the 95 and drop a modified lt1...what would be a the cheapest, wisest move here?...thanxs for the help

Definitely go buy one. You'll have to replace a ton of **** and do a lot of work to swap. Unless the car has some kind of special meaning to you, just sell it and buy an LT1-car.

A Z28 comes with a better suspension, not to mention a list of other things longer than my arm.
For how much you can get a descent LT1 for, I suggest selling the sixer', and just buying the entire car.
