Default Header and emissions help...

I am beginning to look into doing full exhaust on the car. It will be my first big mod to it...that's right it's a virgin. Car is a 94 Formula

1.) Needs to pass IN emissions...that means a sniffer test. Am I able to pull off long tubes and not have to worry about it?

2.) I think I am leaning towards a TSP Rumbler for the cat-back. As far as a y-pipe goes, I am guessing it will have to be catted to get by emissions. Is this correct?

3.) Add in any recommendations you might have.

Well...did some looking around and found the Mac system with y pipe. If I had it on a properly running car with one of their high flow cats, smog should not be a problem correct?

Passed the sniffer last week with Kooks lts (w/o emissions) and their catted y. cats are mandatory for all sniffer/visual tests.
