big cam and valve springs
Trying to find a big cam and matching valve spring but can't relay find any for an lt1 over .575 lift. I'm want like a 230/240 .590/.612 on 112 lsa.

If you need such a small .050 intake duration then go with COMP high lift lobes...If you check their site and look at there master lobe list http://competitioncams.com/Technical...obeCatalog.pdf Page 10 at bottom left corner..... I like the 3111 for an intake lobe, you can look at list and find a good exhaust lobe. I ran that intake lobe (230@.050) for a while and now use there 236/245 lobes.
Hope this helps..and, that the link actually works
Oh, also order a billet cam version (never go's bad) and make sure you tell them the right year of LT1. Also make sure of a pressed on Iron dist drive gear (actually, oil pump drive in our cars).
Recommendation:
LT1 only specific........The 230/236 @.050 on a 108-110 lsa with up to 4 degrees of advance will probably make the most power. I would rather go with a 224/230 @.050 cam on 108-110lsa then 112 on a bigger grind. Just my 2 cents. It's all about keeping the DCR up. I like 8.5-8.8 works easily with good tuning and the VE our engines actually make. Lloyd likes 8.3ish for 100% compatability (he has to deal with bad tunes and hotter running engines)..If I was going over 98% VE and kick *** head flow, I would look for a little less DCR to keep out the rattles.
